Mado is a Toronto-based freelance agent in the creative industry. She currently works with an independent agency developing relations and marketing material for two feature film projects.

I have a Bachelors in Film Studies and a certificate in writing for film and tv but most importantly, I have 1032 films on my letterboxd wathclist - I try to watch one movie every day but somehow my list keeps getting longer...

I have been a commissioned screenwriter in the past. I'll write any genre if I find a connection with the story. My own ideas usually fall under the following subgenres: psychological horror, folk horror and body horror.  ​
